At Delhi Public School, Dibrugarh, our mission is to provide positive catalytic environment to every child so that his/her learning competencies are advanced which lead to their holistic development. The keyword here is ‘learning’ and not ‘teaching’. Education is a process that leads to the attainment of the full potential of a child only by the continuous and life long process called learning. Thus, our endeavor is to equip our students with life-skills which will enable them to face the real world and deal with the challenges confidently. Our mission is to provide an outstanding education and inspire our students to engage in both academic and enriching co-curricular activities. The students and teachers here set high expectations for themselves and make the school a happy place for learning so that the society is rewarded by their accomplishments. The lush green, pollution free conducive environment with world class infrastructure are added advantages facilitating overall development of the children.
Our aim is to provide holistic education where the children evolve as individuals who are self-motivated and creative, who can think, question and reason out logically; who are independent, confident and future leaders capable of taking decisions. In this age where we believe in technological supremacy, we also instill values like respect for diverse cultures and religions, empathy for all and a global outlook in our children. We believe in modernity but grounded and fortified by traditional values. In a nutshell our endeavor is to create future global citizens who will carve a niche for themselves in various leadership roles. For achieving this sublime mission, the cooperation and support of our valued stakeholders, i.e. the parents is highly solicited. As a parent I always believe education is the biggest gift that we can give to our child.
